I'd like to suggest a timely and treasurable FIELD TRIP/FLOWER POWER
HAPPY HOUR/ROAD RALLY/MACRO MINI SHOOT or something like that...
I think.Call it whatever you wish: a brief but productive weekday afternoon
photo session at the FLOWER FIELDS IN CARLSBAD!

Is this idea too grueling for you folks?I mean, weekday shoots will mean
traffic in North Cty.But weekends are worse IMO. If you anticipate the
traffic and just deal with it and get to the place, SEEING THOSE POSIES
WILL FIX YOUR STRESS AND YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU WERE THERE!
That's my strategy at least.

I live in Penesquitos and I'm long overdue for another photo op there.
I realize too that there are not many chances left to shoot there.
Those fields are almost gone. Correction...they ARE GONE and what
remains are just a few small patches of posies on a modest lot.
Funny or perhaps just twisted how all the new home project's names
have FLOWER, BLOOM, BLOSSEM,PETAL etc and they all LIE.

The realtors and developers marketed the FLOWER FIELDS allure
BUT HAD TO USE OLD,OLD PICS TAKEN IONS AGO TO PROVE THAT
THAT THERE'S A SHRED OF TRUTH IN THEIR PROMO. They
' promised flower fields but delivered only fancy street names.

Anyway...I'm going up there to shoot the daylights out of some
posies and maybe a lady bug or two while I'm at it
ya know ...just for gratuitous exploitation. :b
