| Re: Say goodbye to Kodachrome Steven McCurry, famed NatGeo photog, shot the picture of that beautiful Indian woman for the cover of NatGeo on Kodachrome in the early 80s. He's stated he will get the last rolls of Kodachrome off the production line, use them to make some very special pictures, and donate them to the Kodak museum in Rochester, as a tribute to this fine and enduring film. I have Kodachromes that my father shot after WWII that are still gorgeous. Back then it was a new and wondrous film. |
