Wanted to say hello to everyone. I am native San Diegan and have just renewed my favorite hobby. It's been a long time since I took an SLR picture so bear with me. I just purchased a 30D and 430EX flash so I have submerged myself into DSLR territory. My first camera was a Canon AE-1 and I have that camera to this day. My Canon Sureshot was not going to allow me to create the images I want to create so I made the plunge after many debates with myself and checkbook. Hoping to learn from others and would love to meet up with members around San Diego. I enjoy the offroading in the desert so maybe there are others who would like to venture to the desert sometime.
