Macro is really not my thing...it takes too much work along with the cooperation of the wind etc. to get nice macro shots of flowers. But once you get over the setup and the wind does cooperate, you can get some stunning photos! Thanks to a couple of friends that dragged me out to Quail Botanical Gardens and twisted my arm to do macros last weekend. BTW, these were not photoshopped (since I still don't have a clue how to use it). I just tweaked the contrast and brightness just a touch. Most of it was done in-camera and choosing properly lit subject with deep shadows behind it.
