I loosing fat! it will deform my hugable body :P The Sigma that I have its not constant at f/2.8, only at 17mm, love the IQ better that the Nikon 18-70mm, you may want to try Nikon 35-70 f/2.8  I hate to see my equipment go but once I got hired... I can save up and get me a D300 again
