Who are we?

The staff and members of the forum are active San Diego photographers that are dedicated to capturing of the immense beauty of this city one shutter click at a time. Our members and staff are also here to help anyone who's new to photography, whether it's a brand new SLR or a Point and Shoot.

What do we do?

We're here to help members and guests produce the highest quality picture by sharing techniques, and giving honest and helpful feedback. We have monthly photo shoots where a location is choosen and we all meet to explore the photographic possibilities of that location.

There is a monthly photo contest on the forum for you to show off your best stuff, and the winner gets displayed on the forum's home page with a link to their personal web page. With over 3,500+ unique IP hits a month all the way from Ibiza Spain to the 50 US States your work is sure to be noticed!

SDPHOTOFORUM.com is not equipment specific. Whether you're shooting with an advanced Canon, Nikon, Olympus, etc.. Or a simple point and shoot you are welcome to join. Any film users still out there? We need you :-) You don't even have to be from San Diego!
